Scan, alert, and credential settings
Configure the minimum you need to start monitoring: markets, chains, scan cadence, and delivery credentials.
Re-runs Text Search for each (brand × metro) on a rolling 14-day rotation and only spends a Place Details call on stores that drop out of results. Text Search has its own 5,000 calls/month free cap, so a full catalog scan typically costs $0.
Hybrid mode ignores this number and instead rotates ~1/14 of (brand × metro) groups per daily run for full biweekly coverage. The cap below still bounds the seed job.
External scheduler target: monday at 01:00 America/Los_Angeles. The app stores this schedule and cost model, but your host cron still needs to call the scan job at that time.
Owner research
Manual county-records research is the cheapest default. Demo owner packets are available for walkthroughs.
Custom chains
Add regional operators, local burger groups, or any custom tenant you want to track.
Go live
Recommended activation order: save settings, test Google Places, seed tracked markets, then run a live scan.
Danger zone
Permanently delete all stored locations, closures, notes, owner-research logs, and scan history so you can start fresh with a clean baseline seed. Your brands, markets, tracking settings, and login are kept. This cannot be undone.

~6,200 estimated locations selected
Seeding and scans consume the full Google free tier (≈5,000 searches/month, hard-stopped just under the cap). A full baseline seed of this selection completes over ~1 day at $0. After that, each location is re-checked about every 14 days — track fewer markets to tighten the interval, still at $0.
